Eden Health has established a dedicated Engineering and Product Hub in India in partnership with Softobiz Technologies. The new hub will expand Eden’s engineering capacity, accelerate innovation, strengthen AI and data capabilities, and support the company’s long-term mission of delivering exceptional healthcare experiences through technology.

As we scale the next phase of Eden Health, we are planting deeper roots — extending our team, our capability, and our ambition into one of the world’s most dynamic technology markets.

At Eden Health, we have always believed that delivering exceptional healthcare experiences requires exceptional technology — built with care, with context, and with a long time horizon.

That belief is what drives our announcement today: Eden Health is establishing a dedicated engineering and product hub in India, in partnership with Softobiz Technologies. This is a deliberate, strategic step in our global journey — one that strengthens our ability to build, scale, and innovate for the patients and employers we serve.

A Natural Next Step in Our Growth

Eden Health has grown significantly. The depth of our platform, the complexity of our clinical workflows, and the ambition of our product roadmap have all expanded in ways that demand a more durable approach to how we build and staff our engineering organization.

India represents a compelling answer to that challenge. The depth of engineering talent here — particularly at the intersection of healthcare, data, and AI — is exceptional. More importantly, it is talent that shares our orientation: thoughtful, rigorous, and motivated by problems that actually matter.

This is not a reaction to cost pressures. It is a proactive investment in capacity, capability, and continuity — made at a moment when our roadmap demands it and the talent market makes it possible.

How We Are Building This

The India hub is an extension of Eden Health’s own engineering organization — not a separate unit, not a vendor relationship. Engineers here will work inside Eden’s product teams, own their domains end to end, and operate to the same standards we hold everywhere in the company.

We have partnered with Softobiz Technologies to stand this up. Softobiz manages the operational infrastructure — hiring, facilities, and local governance — while Eden sets the technical direction, product priorities, and engineering culture. The result is a team that is genuinely Eden, built with Softobiz’s expertise on the ground.

We chose Softobiz because they understood what we were trying to build from the very first conversation. They are not in the business of placing engineers. They are in the business of building long-term engineering organizations — and that is exactly what we needed.

What This Enables for Eden Health

In the near term, this hub will accelerate our ability to deliver on several fronts:

Faster innovation cycles. Our product roadmap is ambitious. A larger, deeply embedded engineering team means we can move faster without compromising the quality or safety standards our patients expect.

Stronger AI and data capabilities. From clinical decision support to operational automation, AI is central to how Eden Health will evolve. Building a team in India gives us the long-term capacity to develop these capabilities properly — with the right data foundations, evaluation pipelines, and production discipline.

Institutional depth. Healthcare technology rewards continuity. Teams that stay, learn, and grow with the product build something that short-term models simply cannot: deep institutional knowledge. That is what we are investing in here.

Looking Further Ahead

Two to three years from now, we expect this hub to be a core part of how Eden Health operates — not a satellite, not a support function, but a genuine centre of gravity for product and engineering work across our platform.

We are building for that horizon from day one. The teams joining Eden Health in India are not joining a project. They are joining a company at an inflection point, with a real mandate to shape what comes next.

We are excited about what this represents for Eden Health, for our patients, and for the engineers and builders who will be part of this chapter.

We are growing our India team across engineering, data, and AI.

If you are a builder who wants to work on healthcare technology that genuinely matters — we would love to hear from you.
